Bad customer service rude managers

Had such a bad exprience at sunshine,went to buy a kettle and the price at the till didnt match with what l saw at the shelf ,,well l informed them and the manager went and took out that price from the shelf and he said there wasnt any price tag ,, whilst l saw even shoot the price tag and the manager even said that cant rob me of 10 rand because they are making millions if l dont want it l must jus leave it wouldnt make any difference any way
