Terrible service

I've been struggling to get a response from this place for almost a month now. Their employees are rude, sound helpless & will tell you not to take out your frustration on them. Their account department sent me letters to pay when they knew that my medical aid had already paid months ago. Now when I send e-mails regarding my refund no one responds & I get sent from pillar to post.

Nkele at the Soweto branch is so unprofessional, it's as if she's doing us a favour by working there. I will never use this business ever again.
