INCOMPETENCE PERSONIFIED!! Utter waste of time and money over 3 years. Save yourself the frustration.

If I could rate my experience with this practice -5, I would!

TL:DR Don't waste your money here, find another service provider.

My journey began in June/July 2021 which is almost three years ago to date and the results of that is that my mouth is riddled with gaps and I my overjet/overbite has gotten progressively WORSE, instead of getting better.

The main 'orthodontist' (I put that in inverted commas because is he even a REAL qualified orthodontist? I highly doubt it) Mr K Mokuele, suggested I have FOUR of my premolars removed within the first two months of treatment. I comp****. 2,5 years later, I will have wide gaps between my teeth and the overbite is still an issue. Over the past 2,5 years, he has **** through his teeth about his competence, about knowing how to resolve my issues, about my diagnosis and basically, he has **** about pretty much everything! On all my check ups, he comes in for two minutes, speaks garbage about his 'plan' to fix my smile, and month after month, the plan has changed with no clear or real direction. The plan changes on the fly. And the worst part is that as the plan changes, it undermines what little progress was made previously.

I seriously doubt that any of the people there are qualified and if they, they DEFINATELY PASSED THIER UNDERGRAD WITH 50% ON THE DOT. Everyone here is absolutely mediocre and *********** and they only care for the numbers. The more people they can churn, the better it is for their books. Their marketing tactics are really good so be very careful of that. You'll see an influencer online who had a great experience but that is farrrrrrr from the experience they give the regular people.

If you take nothing else from this little rant, just take one thing: DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. They WILL waste your time and your money.
