Avoid This Dentist: A Disheartening Experience

I unequivocally discourage anyone from visiting this dentist, specifically the Fourways brance. My initial experience was disheartening; the dentist lacked basic bedside manners and was entirely unempathetic. Despite my lack of discomfort, she insisted I was experiencing pain due to my gums pressing on my teeth. This diagnosis seemed baseless, especially considering I had no prior dental issues.

Since that visit, I've been plagued by uncomfortable sensitivity while eating, a problem I never faced before. When I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment to address these newfound issues, I encountered unhelpful responses and a lack of availability.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of recourse. There's no one available to speak to, no manager to address concerns, and contacting their customer care line is a futile effort. The overall lack of communication and customer service is appalling.

Given my experience, I strongly advise seeking dental care elsewhere.
