Sharon Arendse -rudest credit controller!

It is really so sad that Sharon Arendse from Sunninghill radiology is so so rude. My father has been 7 weeks in CCU and she calls me to settle his accounts. I tried to explain that he is still in hospital and he will look at all the accounts when he is discharged, and she said she doesn't care it makes no difference. What does she expect, if you are in the coronary unit, to assess your accounts take your oxygen off and walk to the radiology dept to sort the accounts out. Mrs Arendse-he is still in bed and will really go nowhere.
