No Existing Account Services
This Diagnostic Radiology service provider is not interested in helping the patients afterwards to sort out their account or claim with their medical aids. It is impossible to call them because they ether ignore the call (never answer the phone) or they will tell you they will transfer you to the correct person and then just drop the call. Patients/Clients are left wil thousands of rands of outstanding accounts that they need to pay out of pocket because this service provider is not willing to provide what is needed to the medical aid to get a claim processed.
