Stylishplus online cloth shopping ****

I have ordered 5 dresses on line in May 2018. My order number is SP15930. I've sent communique through emails enquiring about my order to stylishplus customer service. Every time I will get a response saying they are still processing my order. After realizing that nothing is coming. I've sent an email demanding refund that was in September 2018. I was told that it will take 30 days for the refund to be paid. It is almost 3 months since I've been waiting for my refund. I suspect that Stylishplus on line is a ****.

I would gladly appreciate if You can assist me to get my refund back.
