WASTE OF TIME USELESS STUTTERFORDS VAN LINES

IF ONLY I COULD PUT NO STARS!!!!!!!!! In December I had guests staying, they bought some Wire ornaments for the garden, way too big to take on a plane. I contacted Stutterford Van Lines to ship the items to Dorset UK. Firstly I enquired as to the cost, as my guests were paying, they came back with a price , not cheap but then why should it be with covid etc.? Days after supplying the cost, I was contacted and hastled to commit to them sending the items as it would go into a "groupage container", meaning I would not have a container to myself. I was told the container was nearing it full stage and I should get them to the UK in the quickest possible time by sea. I agreed and it was 17th January that Stutterfords collected the items. A couple of weeks passed and they had collected but not invoiced me, so I called the Cape Town office and reminded them, thinking that if I did not not pay the invoice it may hold up the shipment. They invoiced and I paid. A couple of months passed and I thought that I had better check as the items had not arrived. I called only to be told that the items were still in Joburg! We were asked for a certificate of relocation of residency for the recipient of the goods. I explained that the recipient LIVED permanently in the UK. Emails were sent to this effect. TODAY more than six months later I just put the phone down from a call from Stutterfords in Joburg, again asking for this certificate of relocation of residency, (which is not required for someone on holiday shipping their purchases). And guess what THE GOODS ARE STILL SITTING IN JOBURG!!!!!!!!!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ****E COMPANY!!!!!
