Very disappointed

We opt for the packing service and lots of our goods weren’t wrapped at all or was badly wrapped. We suffered a lot of damage to our furniture. Gym equipment came out in drips and drabs, without wrapping and damaged. We were told that they didn’t have enough wrapping and would wrap it at the factory, which obviously never happened. We paid an enormous amount for storage and had to pay for delivery again. Badly disappointed in Stuttafords. Our children used Ellies and every single thing was properly wrapped and delivered in an excellent condition.
