After my audio equipment was ****** during my recent move by Stuttafords, the insurance under writer, Tray International, refused to pay the full replacement amount because the item was not packed by Stuttafords (I packed it in its original packaging). What is the point of insurance then? Insurance is now an easy way to make money by means of an ************ terms of agreement which protects you in such limited terms that it would be safer accompanying the goods yourself with a bottle of pepper spray
