Unhappy with no response

Packed up in Jhb and i was impressed and happy woth the level of service and care taken. UNFORTUNATELY my move arrived in the Cape wiith an unbranded truck and a different driver as promised. The way it was upacked was ridiculous , boxes were stacked up 6 high with the smallest of the boxes clearly marked Fragile at the bottom of the pile.

Spoke to them and awaiting a response 3 weeks later.

One believes that paying more and using a well known brand would make a difference, but they simply dont care to respond.
