Theft and damaging of property

I still have had no response regarding assistance with my claim. I do not think that I should be constantly asking for your assistance. Do you not think that it was bad enough that we had to wait for over a week to get receive the second part of our load after the fist load was also a day late. I have had to call your offices several times as there was no communication from your side. Now when I finally have received my things I have found that there are a lot of things damaged and some are just not even here.
