The worst removal company ever!
<p>I recently relocated from Cape Town to Durban and used Stuttaford Van Lines. This was the worst experience ever. I paid for them to pack and unpack my stuff but they only arrived with my stuff at 5PM and unpacked absolutely nothing. Several things were missing such as components of my main bedroom bed. I called their customer service and was told to put everything in an email which I did. I never got a response to my email and sent a reminder. It's now almost 3 months and I'm still waiting. I've used AGS Frasers twice before and I must say that they are extremely professional and way cheaper than Stuttaford Van ****......</p>

It was my special pleasure speaking with you earlier. Please once again accept my personal and humble apologies for the fact that the service we rendered during your removal, by no means reflected the service that we have become renowned for.
I shall do whatever it takes to source your washer for your bedpost and I am sure that once we have successfully managed to re-assemble your bed to your satisfaction, you will feel better disposed towards your dealings with us.
In the meanwhile, I look forward to receiving the WhatsApp pic from you.
