TERRIBLE SERVICE - DONT USE!

We made use of the services of Stuttaford Van Lines during our Cape Town move in June 2015. Firstly, the team arrived at our house at the morning of the move not knowing that they were to pack for us (this was arranged and paid for in advance). When phoning the their office, I was promised a call back but never received this. However, it later transpired that the packed received the instruction and proceeded. The packers stole our lint chocolates (a large bottle full) and left the wrappers in between our goods in the boxes that they packed. The pakcers further sat on our chairs outside during the breaks while smoking. They also dragged our leather coach accross a gravel surface without any covering and hit it agains our wall so hard that it actually left a hole in the wall. The next morning I received a call from Edwina Jacobs advising that they will be sending an additional invoice for \our request of specialised packing to the packers"(it seems when we asked the team to not drag the coach on the bare floor"
