Stuttafords violates privacy and damages goods to value of R36000

My company recommended Stuttafords to assist me with my relocation from PE to CPT. Firstly I become concerned when all my clothing boxes was repacked without my knowledge and permission. None the less to say I found numerous of my expensive clothing items missing. In addition to that my plasma unit brand new was damaged, my glass coffee table centre part was damaged, One of my slay bed’s foundation panels 8 were missing this means that I have to have them custom made. Since the delivery of my goods in May 15 2019 they are yet to offer me a rediculious amount of R3200 to repair my brand new furniture that I purchased in January 14 2019 that I am not happy with. Also my non perishable goods were scattered in various boxes contrary in the manner which I packed it. I feel that Stuttafords and their staff violated my privacy and show no remorse for damages caused by them. After sending emails to their accounts manager stipulating that the offer they offering me is not to my satisfaction and till today no one of their company has contacted me nor was I reimbursed and its 2 months and half down the line fighting with Stuttafords just to contact me.

I would appreciated a senior person contact me to further assist me resolve my query.
