Stuttaford Van Lines workers is *****s!!!

I relocated on the 27/2/2021 to a new house. When Tony from Stuttafords Van Lines, Bloemfontein came to do the quotation on the relocation he did ask me if I would require insurance. Due to the fact that we only moved 640 meters I thought it would not be necessary. He did not informed me also that the workers of the company is *****s, and that the insurance would be needed, because the workers ***** the clients' goods when they pack.

After the removal I did contact him to discuss the situation. He just told me that the matter would be investigated, and he is sorry but I did not take out the insurance option.

Firstly, the packers and workers went through my personal belongings and stole a lot of my goods, from meat in the freezer up to clothing, perfumes and money. I am so disappointed in the way Tony handled this matter, this is evidence that Biddulphs is the much better option and the way to go in Bloemfontein. I would never recommend this firm again, as they did damaged a lot of my furniture too.

As I am in a management position myself, the way Tony handled this matter is very poor. The thing that upsets me even more is the fact that he told me the packers is not even in duty of Stuttaford Van Lines, and that it is casuals. All of them did wear Stuttaford Van Lines as well as Pickfords Uniforms.

No one do the effort to come back to me, I really hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
