Stuttaford Van Lines - What a disappointment!

Our company relocated me to Edenglen from Rustenburg on the 28th of May 2020. Firstly the truck was supposed to be there at 10h00 they only arrived after 14h00. We left Rustenburg at 21h15 that night as I had to be out of the house that night. The packing was done in a rush by their staff as that was one of the options that we chose. I had to switch my fridge off the day before to defrost as that was stipulated in the contract. When we arrived in Edenglen they unpacked all the my goods on the Friday. As I did not have anything to put in my fridge I left it off because I had to go buy meat and milk and everything on that Monday the 1st of June 2020. Upon returning from the shops we switched the freezer on and it’s not making cold at all its stays warm. I raised the 1st issue and they said to go get quotes for new fridges which I did and send through, they then came back and said no they need someone to come look at the fridge first to see what is going on. I got a vendor corresponded with them and they camo out to check the fridge. The outcome was that the gas was out and there was a leakage somewhere, now they telling me this is wear and tear. But I have had my fridge only since 2017 and it worked before I switched it off in Rustenburg. We are now on day 100 it's the 4th of September and I still am sitting without a fridge and still don't have an answer. they have received the money for the move from our company as well as the insurance that I took out that I need to pay back to the company should I leave. I have never dealt with such *********** people than I have now with Stuttaford's. In my contract in Cleary states that they will replace /fix within 30 days. That contract means nothing to them. Where’s the care and respect that they are supposed to live and the values to their clients? O let me think they have none!
