Stuttaford disgrace

The contract they make clients sign is untruthful, it says transport is included to residence address up to 1st floor, IT IS NOT! What they don’t tell you is that overseas it’s impossible to deliver a container to your door so a shuttle is ALWAYS needed. You can add a good 20Gs to your quote and I moved to a farm with very easy access, should you move to a home not as accessible I’m sure it’s more. I asked my lawyer to look at the contract, he agreed it’s deceiving. I asked Stuttaford for a refund on the shuttle and to told me to take a hike.

The lady that supposedly “follows” you during transit, does not follow you at all. One month after I flew overseas I had not heard a single word from Stuttaford, I believed my container was on route, when I emailed I found out that she needed some more documents she hadn’t asked for till that day and the container was still happily parked off in Durban.

When I asked her the arrival date, she told me the wrong arrival date. It stopped over in Spain on the date she gave me but it only arrived at destination 3 weeks later.

When I initially asked for a quote their quote was astronomical compared to others, I had to phone to ask if they were sure that that was the right amount and ops they made a mistake with that too, they re did the quote with an amount totally different (100 000 Rand not a small mistake) from the initial amount.

Very poor!
