Shocking service at Stuttaford Van Lines

I booked Stuttaford Van Lines in East London to move my house from Hillcrest drive in Beacon bay to Edge road in Beacon bay on 26th May. I paid them in full as per their terms and conditions. On the morning following their move I find that my plasma lounge tv has been damaged - it’s cracked. The employees of stuttafords take no responsibility for this and instead throw the book at me by saying that I declined insurance (to move 5km!!!). So essentially what stuttafords is saying is that if you decline insurance they can damage your property and it will remain the responsibility of the owner. I have used stuttafords so many times over the years and I have never experienced such customer service as I have in the East London branch. The Manager responsible did not even have the decency to call me to find out what happened. Highly unprofessional!!
