Poor service and even worse after sales service

My move with SVL was dismal to say the least. Upon delivery, my goods were just offloaded in our lounge and the movers were unwilling to unpack as per services paid for. I had to make numerous calls to have this done. To top it all off they are disputing items that are listed on the insurance forms that they did not query (eg. Shelf vs. rack) In addition to this, a number of our items were damaged/ missing. I submitted the claim to SVL within the stipulated time frame and was redirected to their insurance partners who have been exceptionally unhelpful by expecting me to inconvenience myself to attain repair quotes in a city that I've recently relocated to for the damages caused by them. The reimbur*****t value that we eventually received after going back and forth multiple times was given without any proper evaluation. Therefore in my opinion, it is not realistic! Needless to say, my issue is still not resolved and the relocation happened at the end of September 2014. As part of my relocation, i need to move once more, and I definitely will not be using Stuttaford Van Lines!
