Poor service

Worst service ever, We made booking for our furniture to be pick up on the 26th November we have been communicating with a sales lady she phone's us the morning of the 26th that they not picking up our furniture as they did not get a Order number .I would think she would have known this on Friday however no communication was made to us,we relocating from East London to Robertson we had to leave our furniture behind to get back at work this means drop of date also changed we will be in an empty house in Robertson for longer because of poor customer service.
