Pathetic Service, Late Delivery, Damaged Goods
I received pathetic service from Stuttaford Van Lines.<br> <br> They failed to deliver my goods on the stipulated date and only contacted me on the morning the delivery was suppose to occur to inform me.<br> <br> They brought the wrong size truck(I gave them truck size specifications), hence they were not allowed into the complex by security.<br> <br> They brought too few people to execute the delivery and execution of my goods successfully<br> <br> Some of my goods were damaged and/or broken.<br> <br> They have not provided feedback around my complaints<br> <br> I would not use them again

Having spoken to you this morning, please accept my unreserved and humble apologies for not honouring the delivery date we initially indicated and for not sending the shuttle vehicle from the onset.
There seems to have been a mis-communication between our Operations in Cape Town and Johannesburg during your delivery and for this I sincerely apologise.
Having spoken to our Operations department, we did in fact send 4 guys to off-load your consignment, which included the supervisor. With all due respect, this would be sufficient for a move of your size.
We shall send you the necessary Insurance Claim forms for the bed legs and scratched cabinet shortly. Kindly complete and return these forms at your earliest convenience please.
I shall investigate the reasons for the mis-communication and assure you that this matter will be addressed internally with the utmost gravity it deserves.
In the meanwhile, have a wonderful day.
