Part 2 of “Stuttaford Van Lines are MEDIOCRE”!
<p>PACKING MATERIALS</p> <p>Stuttaford use a very strong packing material; a kind of bubble wrap on steroids. HOWEVER, the way they use this material to wrap expensive pieces of furniture is extremely poor! After the move with Stuttaford van Lines from JHB to CT, most of the legs of my expensive english antiques have been scratched and are in dire needs of repair. This amounts to simple staff training; the material is good, the implementation is poor!</p> <p>My recommendation: try use AGS Frasers instead, or other movers!</p> <p>My next post will be about the way Stuttaford communicates during and after the move and how they deal with customer complaints!</p>

Without Prejudice, I truly understand that this matter has upset you terribly and you have felt the need to write a book on the matter. However, I respectfully request that you please refrain from doing so on this forum.
It is to be understood that we cannot always agree on matters and I sincerely apologise that we were not able to come to agreement following your removal, but to write chapter after chapter does not serve the purpose for which this site was intended.

I respectfully submit that this forum is indeed the correct forum to address issues of poor service and poor quality.
This post is intended to inform people that Stuttafords indeed uses good materials but are unable to utilise them properly. Furthermore, people reading this post will learn that when deciding on which company to use, it is important not to just look at the well-rehe****d presentation by the sales person and their glossy display of the packaging materials use, BUT also at the way the materials are used.
