We are moving from Jhb to CT this weekend. From the start the communication was poor. The lady that helped us dissapeared. The next one did not know her own name it looks like. My wife had to keep on contacting them. They did not even know what address our furniture were at or where it was supposed to be delivered to in CT. Our pets must also be flown down. They had only one fog on instead of two. Their policy and what is supposed to happen differs. We did what they then said me must do with the pets. Now the pets cannot be flown because they need to wait longer after all their injections. At first the animals were not even on the quote. Now they have to stay in a kennel till Wed next week. Who must pay this? Another quote had to be send through. And I selected them and not Pickfords or Elliot. What a shame. Chaos in this company. Stay away. Never again. Their staff does not care about service delivery. Poor poor service and the most expensive by far.
