No assistance with claim

Stuttafords moved my furniture from East London to Cape Town. During the move my coffee table's legs broke off. I took insurance out for instances like this.

I submitted a claim for R5000. They returned and said they were going to pay R500 within 7-14 working days. It has now been 57 working days and nothing has been done!
