Misleading Info - shipment taking 50% longer

We decided to go with Stuttaford Van Lines for our relocation of household goods to London as their sales service was efficient and friendly. We then organised to pack our house 01/11<br> <br> I have since found out from our export coordinator that whilst we were sold on the concept of shipment to London within 6-8weeks it is in fact unlikely our container will even leave South Africa for another 4-6weeks. After which it will take ANOTHER 4-6weeks to arrive in London.<br> <br> Unbelievably frustrated and disappointed that our household items could take more than 3 months to reach our new home and the 6-8weeks we based our decision on is grossly misleading when in fact it seems it will take twice as long!<br> <br> Not a very merry Christmas knowing we'll have to live out of suitcases for 3 months.
