Horrible experience with Stuttaford

I wish I had read reviews on this company before deciding to use them to move. They moved my furniture from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg. My stuff stayed in their storage for about 7 months. When they delivered my stuff I realised that my smart TV and side lamp were damaged because the lamp was not protected and the person who packaged the TV was negligent as they put a nail in my tv and damaged it.

Because I took out insurance with them, I immediately reported all this to the lady who helped me with moving from Bloem and she sent me all the forms I needed to fill in and I sent them all the forms together with evidence and quotations on 20 February 2025. I am disappointed to report that I have not had a single call from them since I submitted my claim. They have been ignoring me and no one wants to take accountability.

My advice, stay away from Stuttaford. Their service if they damaged your goods is horrible.
