Extremely poor service and totally unaccountable

We have had multiple bad experiences with Stuttafords. Firstly we used them for a move where they did not package our household properly and some of our stuff was damaged. There was also a theft by staff during this move which we discovered on delivery.

We have now had a second issue with them where they have caused damage to our property and been unaccountable to make the needed repairs. In this instance, they moved our new neighbors in next door and their very large vehicle, not appropriate to enter the small cul de sac where we live, was forced to go over our verge and in the process caused damage to our irrigation system and left huge indentations in our lawn. Now, in spite of multiple emails, discussions and calls, with us even escalating matters to the Regional Manager, Duncan Schulze, they have done nothing to rectify the situation.
