Damaged the property and refuse to pay for it.

Moving company that should be avoided at all costs. They drop my fridge and it was badly damaged and after I spoke to the moving team they again damaged my new bedroom set. I did not take out insurance that would cover damages purely because I've never had damage to this extent using other companies in the past. So unfortunately that was my loss. My complaint however is with regards to the damage they did to the property I moved to. It 's a rented house and the driver reversed into the gate and again badly damaged the gate. I was promised by the sales person and the driver that their insurance will take care of it. Got an email from them stating they will pay R500-00. That wont even cover the call out fee to fix the gate.
