COMPANIES TO AVOID

I used this company to move my furniture from Cape Town to Richards Bay and it has only been a disaster. Load came in 2 trips instead of 1. lots of "LOST" items and damaged goods. Then the company they use for the insurance " AM OVERSEAS ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT" work like this, so they break plates from a dinner service but will only pay you per plate. How do you replace the set? then want to offer me R100 for a Ryobi drill and a Bosch cordless drill. i have about R20000 loss but there is always loop holes from their side. So why take out insurance if they not going to pay out in any case. PLEASE GUYS DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER USE ANY OF THESE COMPANIES FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
