Recently, werelocated from DBN to JHB and used Stuttaford Van Lines as a removal company of choice, from a shortlist of 3. The best decision by a mile. My 1st interaction was with Riana and sespite her quote not being the cheapest of the 3; her customer service oriented approach won me over. She then handed me over to her colleague Nozipho, to coordinate the move. She was simply AMAZING. Her timeous and respectul and clear communication was second to none. I cant speak highly enough of her and how she just made this stressful move so easy. Lastly, I engaged withh the driver, Mr Fred Gasa; we met when they collected, packed the house furniture and loaded onto the truck. We also met a week later when they came to drop at the new property. He is the leader of men; I watched him used his leadership skills and got his team working efficiently. Brilliant personality and highly respectful gentlemen. Overall the whole process was seamless from sales quoting, to move coordination to eventual delivery. Oh my word; I cant speak highly enough of their service - it was world class. There was no hard sell from them and no annoying faffing over me (lol) - they just had the perfect balance in their customer service management. Keep up the excellent work guys.🙏🏽
