Bad service!

I dealt with Elke who was very helpful in the beginning. Her after service sucks, she stopped responding to any emails. Very unimpressed with the after service received. So many items have been broken, boxes wet and items molded. Our washing machine dented and drum damaged. Would not recommend especially at the high prices charged. The delivery driver took pictures and no made contact with us again.
