2 months on and my claim isn't finalised

I moved in December, and from the outset, things went wrong. When my belongings arrived at my new place, the first thing i noticed was my sleeper couch was missing. Coffee table leg broken, desk broken, portable aircon scratched up and the air vents broken. Someone drank up my alcohol and left the empty bottles in the boxes, both playstation vitas were ******, cologne was ****** and even a pair of shoes (which i didnt even claim from insurance) was ******. The driver said the packers must have drank up my alcohol. I proceeded with the claim as the items were insured. I filled everything out as best i could, sent pictures as well to ********** in bloemfontein. This was on the 12th December.

On the 5th January I decided to enquire about the progress of my claim and got this reply on the 6th:

"I have asked Yolandi about the documents that I need for the claim, but she never gave me the documents. I need the insurance application and other signed documents that you have sent to Yolandi?"

I then forwareded the document that i had emailed to Yolandi. I waited another week and then asked again and this was the reply:

"I still need the signed terms and conditions documents attached. Please sign them or send me the ones you have already signed. I have asked Yolandi for these papers on Monday, but she never came back to me on where they are."

The reason Yolandi didnt respond was because i never recieved those documents in the first place. So i had to fill out the forms that were supposed to have been filled out before the move. and sent it on the 16th. I didnt fill out the short term insurance form as i already recieved a certificate and informed the admin person of this. the reply was:

"Can you please just send me the signed documents again?

Yolandi cannot find the signed documents on her mails and I need them VERY URGENTLY as the due date for the claim is almost over."

At this time im aleady extremely annoyed. I am basically doing Yolandi's work.

So i waited and waited and waited and on the 24th i recieved an email to say my claim had finally been registered.

On the 1st of Feb i get an email ********** indicating that i needed to send more pictures to which i comp****. On the 6th i emailed to ask if the email was recived and if the pictures were satisfactory.... and so i still wait for a response.

Almost 2 months from the time i put in my claim and its still not finalised. Pathetic.

I will not recomend this company to any of my friends or anyone i meet who is moving and is looking for a moving company.

Dear John,

A very good day to you!

I was deeply dismayed to learn of your recent experience with us and would appreciate it if you would allow me to look into this matter personally.

I shall provide you with feedback at the earliest opportunity

With best regards,
