Misleading Trial Pricing and Unexpected Charges

I signed up for a one‑month trial and was told I could cancel before the end of the month, and that the cost was R40 per month. However, I was still charged R479.88. It appears that instead of charging monthly, they take payment for the full year upfront. This is done in a way that makes it difficult to get a refund, even if you deregister. It is also very frustrating that they do not make it easy to contact them, as no clear email address or contact number is provided.
