Studocu are ****mers
They are not even worth one star that's how terrible of a company they are. They don't send you a reminder communication that the trial period is about to end and just debit you for the year. I cancelled on the same day and apparently I don't qualify for a full refund because I accessed premium content on the same day but I accessed the site to cancel ! What is worse the **** content accessed was not even what I was studying and they have no proof of a time. This company is based on lies and deceit and should actually be banned or flagged as a ****

Misleading Trial Pricing and Unexpected Charges
I signed up for a one‑month trial and was told I could cancel before the end of the month, and that the cost was R40 per month. However, I was still charged R479.88. It appears that instead of charging monthly, they take payment for the full year upfront. This is done in a way that makes it difficult to get a refund, even if you deregister. It is also very frustrating that they do not make it easy to contact them, as no clear email address or contact number is provided.
