Water overcharge query

I had a water charge which was abnormal. I queried the matter with STss and the matter was promptly investigated. The problem was found to be beyond my control and we reached an amicable resolution. I was refunded the full amount of the overcharge. The query was handled very professionally by STSS to my satisfaction. Thanks for the prompt intervention. Amsterdam resident
