Useless agents and worst service ever

I am livid writting this, Stss agents are the worst I swear I spoke to more than 5 *********** agents who are clueless and rude! Like have you ever not heard of customer service? Mid June I bought electricity it didn't want to go through when I was loading it when I called for help no 1 was capable of helping me every agent I spoke to was either rude or clueless and 1 if them was a supervisor, to top things off 1 agent told me to buy another electricity as if money grows on trees... I was told to send a picture of my slip via Email and that someone will get back to me, shocker NO ONE DID! Last night same thing happened I couldn't put in my electricity until all my units are finished so I go to my neighbors to plug in the box and I call them 1st 1 answers the phone while I explain my problem he hangs up, you can imagine my frustration when I was talking to the 2nd 1 trying to explain my situation ahhh he took things to another level shouting at me & treating me like an idiot so I asked him to transfer me to someone else cherry on top guy by the name of sherpard khoza told me that electricity won't load at my neighbors even though Iv done it before, he told me to go back to my house and plug the box at my house even thou I told him tht I don't have electricity so how is that going to work his response was"you have to do what I say because we deal with such problems" I go to my flat n plug it in mind you there is no electricity at my place then I ask how is this going to work he told me what to do then I would tell him what I see on the screen he's like the reason your electricity is not going through is because you need new batteries. How is batteries affecting the electricity to go through. Can Stss train their staff on customer service and give them more information on the product the are dealing with because it's like their agents make things up as they go and they don't understand the customers frustration... Also I need someone to solve my electricity problem ASAP cannot be living in the dark as if stss are doing me a favour because I pay for this electricity with my money!!!
