Thank you for contacting STss prepaid metering.  We experienced a technical issue with regards to tokens requested via sms over the past two months. As a result,  a number of clients were receiving tokens without actually having paid for it or having paid at an incorrect lower recovery rate. Debits were passed to all of these accounts to rectify the error, including yours.  You may make a payment arrangement to pay for the tokens already used, while still being able to purchase electricity as usual.  Your account is active and will not be blocked to purchase electricity. Please contact us directly if you experience any issues in this regard.  We are happy to announce that our systems have been upgraded to prevent this error from occurring again.  STss would like to profusely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
