Turn on my lights

I left my apartment at Kikuyu on the 14th of November and I had purchased electricity for R200 a few days before that at pick n pay which was never allocated. The consultant I spoke to said he woulda reactivate and it won’t go off. To my surprise, I walk into my apartment this evening to find my lights have been turned off, my house smells like a ******* bin because of the food that has now gone spoilt in the fridge. Also my electricity usage is on -R95, how? When I was not home for 10 days. This company is a **** honestly. Firstly I need my lights to be turned back on urgently as I’m even running out of battery life on my phone and I have to work from home tomorrow but I won’t be able to with my WiFi turned off

Secondly, I really would like to be re-imbursed in a cash voucher for my food items that have gone bad. I’m happy to send pictures of everything that’s in my fridge as I type this.

I honestly don’t know why Balwin Properties insists on using this ***** of a company.
