There is no way that I am using so much of gas everyday. I moved into a balwin property 3 months ago and my weekly gas cost is now my daily gas cost. This is *******. I called their call center and they told me that hot water goes of as a gas charge. Even if this is the case it is way too much. These guys are actually taking the **** over the last 2 months, their prices have skyrocketed.

07 Jul 2020, 15:26Thank you for contacting STss. The gas charges are based on the readings of the gas meters owned by the Body Corporate and predates STss’ involvement. The cost per unit of gas is calculated by the Body Corporate, based on the cost of supply. Please get in contact with the Estate Manager, who will arrange for a gas leak test and a meter reading. The Estate Manager will be in contact with STss throughout the process until resolved.
