STSS Water Reinstation
I was assigned to be assisted by Simon on 24.01.2025 in the afternoon. From our first telephonic interaction,sensing my frustration and sadness on the matter, he quickly provided assurance that my water issue would be resolved within that same afternoon. He kept updating me and in overall guided me and provided long lasting solutions. I was quite thrilled by hie professionalism, assurance, efficiency and humility.
