STSS - The Jade - Somerset West

What an utter ****hole of a company STSS is. I honestly hope that every single prospective buyer/investor/tenant will do their research before investing in any property scheme where STSS is involved.

My girlfriend and I stay in a one bedroom apartment and on average STSS is charging us over R1000 for water and electricity each month which is utterly ridiculous for two people who use the apartment's appliances sparingly. Whenever you call them to ask why you're being charged these ridiculous prices all they ever say is "talk to our accounts department" which is probably the most useless department they have because they can never give you any information such as fee breakdowns etc or tell you what's wrong. Bare in mind that about 3/4 of people in our estate are experiencing issues with STSS similar to ours.

Please stay FAR away from STSS because they will take every cent you have.
