Stss should hire more Shepards!

This review does not go out to stss. As the general experience was shocking. With that being said I was finally assisted by a Gentleman called Shepard. Who was patient and did not ignore my call or request and assisted me until he found and fixed the problem (I was unable to load electricity as my meter number was captured incorrectly). Thank you Shepard!
