STss Shambles

This has all the signs of a **** to get people to pay a call in fee of R25 per transaction. Firstly the app doesn't work i.e. user names and passwords don't work. Even when we tried to log in on the internet, still doesn't work. Secondly the sms doesn't get responses at all. Strangely when we called, had to hold for a while then got assisted and the token sent in about a minute obviously with a charge of R25 to it. We don't mind something with a glitch but this is an outright shambles.
