Stss Prepaid Metering - AVOID
This company charges ridiculously high 'service fees' that are carefully and subtly split up on your statement. These 'service fees' add up very quickly.
Their customer service (one of the fees you pay for) is useless too. After several emails, still no response. I challenge anyone to find a more expensive prepaid metering 'service'.
Avoid this company and save yourself money.

14 Nov 2019, 14:35Thank you for contacting STss. The service fee is app**** at 5.75% incl VAT on all charges passed through the wallet account, as agreed upon with the Body Corporate in the Service Level Agreement.
