Leslie was curteous, assisted as best as she could, responded quickly and was empathetic. Compared to a previous agent she’s a breath of fresh air! The STSS meter issues in the complex are an ongoing issue and we keep getting excuses, it’s not possible for so many tenants to have the same issue and for STSS to not take accountability
