STSS is a rip-off.
STSS is a rip-off. I live alone but somehow I used 20kWh in one day. Do not stay at any property were the utilities are managed by them. This is the second time I complain about their ridiculous pricing.

We have compared the account to the physical readings taken of the meters allocated to your unit. The charges are a true reflection of the usage according to the physical meters.
It is clear that electrical and water use increased from April, in line with weather changes, possibly due to more hot water use.
STss can confirm that the account was charged correctly. Should you wish to have your meters and geyser inspected, please contact the Estate Manager. The basis of this suggestion is that the Body Corporate owns and maintains the meters and the supporting infrastructure. Be advised that this may incur a cost to you.
The consumption is within reasonable bounds, it can however be reduced by using less warm geyser water.
