I have to comment service received from Leslie Clark. He really went the extra mile assisting me to not be without electricity tonight. Especially that the app was not allowing me to request a token. And my payment from FNB done instantly did not reflects yet. I sent proof of payment, which he loaded. Then could not access the R1000 due to app giving issues. I sent him an email ohh apologies forgot that phone went dead a ND he called me back when I had my conversation regarding why payment did not show. And there are so much more ...follow the flow chart of the events...he is an absolute star!!! Please use this recommendation when you do his performance appraisal ...a truely valuable asset in your team. Thank you Leslie Clark for excellent service received 👏 👍
