STss and Metrofibre poor customer service
Metrofibre and STSS has extremely poor customer service delivery, I raised a ticket on the 5th August and I have called every day and the only thing they have been able to tell me is that someone is going to call me . No one has called to come and repair the line . I have called in again to find out that the ticket was closed . I have had to reopen the ticket .

13 Aug 2021, 08:51Good Day , a technician had come through on the 13th August , he had advised that someone had disconnected my line when they were doing a new installation. This was for ticket number 99065 , now this morning my fibre is down again . I called in at STSS and they were meant to send me a new reference to resolve this issue . This is actually ridiculous service.
