I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and reliability experienced throughout my query process including coming back with feedback when they said they would instead of me running after them. It was a pleasure dealing with Thabo and the consistency and continuity of 1 person handling the query throughout (over the last 4 to 5 days) is great as you don't have to keep explaining yourself.
